Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Lawrenceville and Dacula is hiring a skilled Residential Plumbing Installer who takes pride in clean, professional, code-compliant work.
We are not looking for someone who cuts corners, rushes through installs, or leaves problems behind for the next person to redo. We are looking for an installer who can handle quality residential plumbing installations, work independently, communicate clearly and professionally, and represent the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing brand in the right way.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for residential plumbing installation work such as:

- Water heater installations and replacements
- Tankless water heater installs
- Fixture replacements and installations
- Toilet, faucet, sink, garbage disposal, and appliance hookups
- Drain, water, and gas piping repairs/installations
- Water filtration and treatment system installations
- Repipes and larger residential plumbing projects
- Sewer and water service repairs when applicable
- Testing all work before leaving the job
- Keeping the work area clean and protecting the customer’s home
What We Expect
- Strong residential plumbing installation experience
- Ability to complete clean, professional installs
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and proper installation practices
- Ability to troubleshoot issues in the field
- Professional appearance and communication
- Respect for customers, their homes, and company property
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean and organized work habits
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Water heater and tankless installation experience
- Experience with water filtration/treatment systems
- Gas piping experience
- Repiping experience
- Drain/sewer repair experience
- Comfortable using ServiceTitan or similar software

Schedule
Full-time position. Some weekend or on-call availability may be required based on workload.
Pay:
$25–$30/hr depending on experience
