Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is hiring an experienced Georgia Licensed Journeyman Plumber to independently diagnose, sell, repair, and install residential plumbing systems while delivering professional, five-star customer service.

Responsibilities

Independently diagnose residential plumbing systems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
Manage service calls from initial evaluation through sold work, completion, testing, and customer sign-off
Perform and oversee residential plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations across a broad range of systems
Apply plumbing code, manufacturer requirements, and industry best practices to all work
Communicate clearly with homeowners, present options professionally, and deliver a high-quality customer experience
Maintain accurate documentation, clean workmanship, and company service standards
Use ServiceTitan and follow Benjamin Franklin Plumbing procedures and performance expectations

Qualifications

Active Georgia Journeyman Plumber License required
5+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred
Proven ability to independently manage residential service calls from diagnosis through completion
Strong technical judgment, troubleshooting ability, and customer communication skills
Solid working knowledge of plumbing codes, installation standards, and residential system design
Demonstrated ability to present solutions professionally and convert service opportunities into completed work
Must live within approximately 35 miles of Lawrenceville

Compensation

$35–$45/hour equivalent + bonus & performance incentives
Estimated earning potential: $75,000–$100,000+ annually for strong performers

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
