Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Lawrenceville and Dacula is looking for an experienced Residential Plumber who can diagnose accurately, communicate confidently with homeowners, present professional repair and replacement options, and turn opportunities into completed work.
This role is for an experienced plumbing professional who understands the trade, can manage the customer from diagnosis through approval and completion, and takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to present and sell repair, replacement, and upgrade options
- Experience with higher-value work including tank and tankless water heaters, repipes, sewer and drain work, gas piping, water treatment, well pumps, and major plumbing repairs
- Strong communication and in-home sales skills
- Ability to prepare accurate, properly scoped estimates
- Journeyman license preferred but not required for candidates with strong experience
What You’ll Do
Diagnose residential plumbing problems, educate homeowners on their options, prepare professional estimates, close approved work, and manage jobs through completion. Work must meet applicable plumbing codes, manufacturer requirements, and company standards.

Pay & Compensation
- $28–$35/hour + bonus/commission/incentives
- $60,000–$100,000+ earning potential for top performers
- Hourly, commission, piece-rate, or blended compensation available depending on experience and performance.
Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
